This diagram shows the three-layer architecture of the Vestora Protocol, illustrating how traditional stock ownership is bridged with decentralized finance infrastructure. The visual representation demonstrates the flow from user interaction through the Smart Brokerage Engine (SBE) at the top, which connects to regulated third-party brokerages via API integrations to execute stock purchases and generate zk-TLS Proof of Purchase. The middle layer depicts the Decentralized Ownership Vault (DOV), where real stocks are held through Special Purpose Vehicles with multi-signature governance and verified through zk-STARK proofs. From there, in the right hand side, the diagram shows how Proof-of-Ownership Tokens (PoT) are minted with 1:1 backing by the actual stocks, enabling fractional ownership and dividend distribution while maintaining full transparency, verifiability, and tradable on the L-1 and L-2 blockchain.
