What is Vestora?

Vestora is a fully decentralized stock exchange that allows users around the world to invest in real, tokenized U.S. equities. Each token is backed 1:1 with the actual underlying stock held in a legally compliant, transparent, and auditable vault structure.

The Vestora Protocol is a three-layer infrastructure comprising the Smart Brokerage Engine (SBE) for automated stock execution with zk-TLS proofs, the Decentralized Ownership Vault (DOV) for legally compliant custody through SPVs with multi-sig governance, and Proof-of-Ownership Tokens (PoT) that provide 1:1 backed tokenized shares with dividend pass-through and governance rights, creating the first fully decentralized yet institutionally robust system for global equity access.
