Vestora Finance is founded by Rohan Bhattarai, a rising junior studying Physics and CS at California Institute of Technology (Caltech) with research experience in experimental high energy physics, quantum computing, and cryptography. Growing up in Nepal, Rohan couldn't invest in U.S. stocks despite having the capital and knowledge, brokerages required SSNs, imposed hefty fees, and created endless bureaucratic hurdles. This personal frustration with being excluded from global markets drove him to build Vestora, turning a deeply felt problem into a solution for billions facing the same barriers.

Bishal Panthi joins as co-founder, bringing his Economics & Mathematics background from Amherst College and expertise in financial modeling and DeFi markets.

The team identified that existing tokenization platforms offer only synthetic exposure without real backing, centralized custody risks, and zero transparency. They are building Vestora to solve these problems through true 1:1 backing, decentralized custody via compliant legal structures, and transparent on-chain verification.
